Rules for room booking

We ask to make up your order according to the given model.

It should be made up on the firm’s own form containing the General Manager’s or Chief accountant’s signature with the Round Seal.

The booking order should comprise the following data:

1. Your organization’s name, the stamp with the sending №, date.
2.  Person’s name, surname and phone for further information.
3. Guest’s name, surname (if it’s known), their amount.
4. Their arrival’s and departure’s date / time.
5. Classes and amounts of rooms.(specify – for smokers/non-smokers)
6. Accommodation and extra services payment guarantee. (‘If  the client doesn’ t arrive exactly on time, we pay the fine according the given account.’)
7. System of payment- in cash or by written order.
8. The availability of the Transfer service (if necessary.)

Customer sends his booking order by fax: (83147) 4-33-53, 2-39-72 (day – and-night) or by e-mail (on weekdays).

The confirmation of reservation is sent within 24 hours from the moment of order receiving by fax or by e-mail.

The guest can be checked in only if he has his own identity card (passport, driver’s license, passport for traveling abroad, certificate of birth for children.)

The foreigners’ registration is made by the Hotel. The cost of the service is 250 rubles.

By written order the preliminary account is sent within 24 hours from the moment of the order receiving.

The payment is made within 3 working days from the date of the preliminary account’s sending.

Extra services are provided by the hotel at extra charge. They can be paid either by guests themselves or by written order to the hotel’s current account.

If by any reason the guest’s arrival is delayed or cancelled, it’s necessary to inform the hotel about it in writing.

In case the guest doesn’t arrive at the hotel without informing  the hotel about the

Booking withdrawal (less than before 24 hours of the arrival), the firm – customer ought to pay a day’s accommodation cost of the booked rooms.
